Hi, I want to know how to plan a daily schedule for my babysitting I need help on how to make one any advice?

I've gotten a little confused by the other answers, so maybe I'm reading your question wrong. But I think that you are trying to make a schedule for your babysitting business so that you have some sort of a plan laid out for the day (instead of just winging it) - or maybe trying to schedule different jobs on different days.

In either case, it may help to think about the schedule a couple of ways. The first is to have some sort of a planner - you can do this on paper, in a simple planner you can buy at a discount store (even a $1 store has these) or in an online tool (most email accounts, including Yahoo! have a calendar function that breaks into hours, days, weeks, etc).

Use your planner and start filling in the blanks. Getting things on paper or on screen really helps you see what you have going on. And it can help you figure out if you have enough activities planned. It will also prevent you scheduling jobs on top of one another.

Can I Have Some Really Good Advice Please?

Well, here is the deal.

My best friend is gorgeous, %26amp; all the guys who like her (It was to the point where 16 guys at my school liked her) but don't know her per tend to like me, to get closer to her. It has happened at least 20 times in the last year. (Honest to goodness)

All I'm asking for is some really good advice.

Thanks. Can I Have Some Really Good Advice Please?
I mean you can't just see through them like if there going to talk to you or they're trying to get with your best friend so you just have to really pay attention to them and their actions and don't fall in ';like'; with them easily there for its not going to be hard on you if you find out that they are using you. :) good luckCan I Have Some Really Good Advice Please?
Well it sounds like you are elected to be her protector.
dont fall for them nd keep her away

  • Take your financial and job hunting advice and shove it?

How many think job hunting advice and financial advice seems pretty stupid in this economy?Take your financial and job hunting advice and shove it?
The problem I have is that a high percentage of the job advice I'm receiving is to completely re-tool. In that I was in the home decor industry, and now I should look at getting a degree in Bio-feuls at age 33. Not that I'm not versatile, or smart enough, but I need a job now, even if it's 7-11, to pay for that re-tooling. So it's cool to be optimistic like KK above me, but there are ramifications that aren't taken into the glass half full theories in this situation.Take your financial and job hunting advice and shove it?
Not I. It can still be pretty useful despite the negatives in front of us. Some of us may have ideas that the asker probably didn't think. Every person's job and financial situation is different so advice is always a good thing even in the present economy.

    EDIT:

Marbo, I am giving a general statement here. Don't assume I am so optimistic that I don't see potential ramifications or consequences to certain situations. I am quite analytical in much of my approach towards jobs so I never just look at the positive without looking at the potential negative. When it comes down to it though, I prefer to be positive and make my decisions accordingly.

Why do women ask men what they think, and then complain we always give advice?

Don't they just want someone to agree with them, even if we think they are wrong? Why do women ask men what they think, and then complain we always give advice?
    Why do men?

I'm planning to get a bike once I get my Class 2B. Any advice on shopping for 1 and what would you recommend ?

I'm a Singaporean girl of about 170cm whose about to start on her bike lessons. Budget-wise, I'm not looking for something too expensive. Also, it wouldn't be first-hand as I kinda expect to fall a bit. It'll be used mainly for commutation. I'm looking for advices not only on what to get but also on what to look out for when getting a bike and any shops to recommend, anyone ?I'm planning to get a bike once I get my Class 2B. Any advice on shopping for 1 and what would you recommend ?
In Singapore you will need a scooter or small bike.

HOOray for the used bike idea, dents and dings are OK, You will fall over. Find or make a friend to check out the bike you pick, get good tires and brakes.Handle bars can be bent a little but should be perpendicular to the front forks, your friend will check this for you,

In America bikes depreciate quickly in value and settle on a relatively low price, buy the best bike at or near this price, ride it until you want another and sell it at the same price, essentially getting a year or 2 riding for maintenance fees.

Why should someone pay for finical advice when the broker is investing their money into mutual funds?

The broker is paid a commisision. Plus, the broker gets the fee for the advice. I have to pay internal investment management fee inside the mutual fund. It does not appear that the broker is managing the investment. Why should someone pay for finical advice when the broker is investing their money into mutual funds?
First of all there are more than 13000 mutual funds out there. How do you know which one is best for you? This is where the broker comes in. He/She will be able to filter through all of the different available funds and make a recommendation for you based on your risk tolerance level, investment time horizon, and overall suitability of the investment based on your investment needs. This is what you are paying for is the professional advice. The broker will be able to save you time by doing due diligence research on the type of fund and or funds that best meet your investment objective by looking at the past track record of the funds, morningstar rating, and internal cost of ownership of the funds. Of course past performance is not indicative of future results, however having a professional on your side can help you come to a more informed decision on deciding which fund best fits your individual needs.

As for the latter part of your question, I am a little confused.

Yes , brokers do get paid a commission. This is how they earn a living. The broker has to spend time doing a detailed client profile on you, and then do the necessary research to find out which investments fit your needs best. This is what you are paying for..... the service. Sure you can go out and try to pick your own funds, many people do, some very successfully. However many people don't have the know how or want to invest the time to do this. This is where brokers/financial advisors come in.Why should someone pay for finical advice when the broker is investing their money into mutual funds?
There is no evidence that managed mutual funds outperform indexes ... no proven system of any kind to beat the market ... so any broker who says they know what fund will perform better than others or the market is either confused or lying ... they are selling snake oil.

they shouldnt! get some index funds....
I don't, I spend my free time researching stocks and funds before I buy anything. So does a financial advisor working for a broker. He may be more knowledgeable about his companies mutual funds but everything els is out there to research. If you don't want to spend the time researching and investing, you hire a financial advisor.
This is an excellent question. An average actively managed mutual fund has management fees and costs of roughly 1.5% year. These fees are withdrawn from the mutual fund by the managers - they reduce the net financial performance reported by the mutual fund. If you buy a fund like this through a broker, you might be charged an up front 2% sales commission, meaning that in year one, you have fees totalling 3.5%, and a fee of 1.5% for each year after year one.

Compare this to buying a no load index fund on your own - there would be no brokerage fee, and ongoing costs of about 0.25% per year (index funds have much lower costs, since they don't have to pay staff to research and make recommendations). In year one, you would be 3.25% ahead of buying a managed fund via a broker, and in each future year, you would be 1.25% ahead.

There is no objective proof that active management can consistently beat the market as a whole. This suggests index funds are the way to go. Why pay for active managers if there is no proof the performance is better?

Final note is that there are many indexes ... equity indexes, bond indexes, international and domestic indexes. You may want to invest in a variety of index funds to ensure strong diversification.
The advisor helps pick a suitable mutual fund. Believe it or not some 20-somethings think they should invest only in bonds and some middle income 60-somethings think they should only invest in international emerging stocks. People just don't know.

    It helped me out exponentially.
Its terrible that men can go on forever with this urge and us women have an end.

Figure out what used to arouse her before and try to get it for her, then apart from tidying the room up and making the bed,dim the light or turn them off completely-its a preference not to be seen for most women, put lovely music that she loves in the a very low volume, talk to her about the past, the first time u met, what did she really think of u, u tell her the same ( i hope u remember).

Or u can just tell her exactly what u have told us and talk it through till u find a solution that allows u two to have sex now and then.

    Watch porn if have to!

    Dont forget to use K-gel.

    Good luck!
