If three passengers with no license between them, drove on a national road with a car that only has one license plate, that's not registered, and the one driving is underage, what would the penalty be if caught?Need some legal advice over driving in South Africa?
I can't let this question go by ... it would honestly depend on who has caught the perpetrator. A few hundred rand notes on the dashboard would not go amiss. It's not like you're bribing anyone, it was just sitting on the dashboard.

i hope this didn't just happen, i'd have thought it would just be the driver who gets reprimanded. Possibly with a fine and points on a future license.
