I wake up M W F at 9:00am, T TH at 7:00am, and Sa Su at 11:00 am. My school schedule is hectic and sleeping later one day and getting up early the next repeatedly is making me sick.
Im not getting any sleep at night and I feel sick.I need advice on falling asleep; how can I get back on my sleep schedule? Barely got 4 hours last night?
You should try going to sleep and waking up at the same time everyday so your body can get used to it. Don't take naps until your night schedule is on track again. If you drink any caffeinated things (i.e. cola, coffee, tea, etc.), cut it out for a week. Avoid watching TV before you go to bed; it wires some people up. Also, though this never bothered me, you might want to cut out sugar any time after 7:00 pm. try taking some tylonel pm. or ask your parents to pick you up some strong sleep medicine. make sure you take it at like 8 or 9 so you dnt over sleep. ;)
well maybe u should contact a doctor or maybe try trying some benadryl it will knock u out in a second
