Alright the thing is im not that fat..but i have problem with my hips.Its bigg!And moreover im short so i have problem finding jeans my size..
Ive reached that point right now that im willing to do anything..and no surgery btw!I cant afford that.

I have found that walking is soooooo good !!! But also cut back on your carbs.... the way I look at it is if its man made... not good for ya, God made its a good carb,.... like meats, nuts, NO FRUIT until you reach your goal... too much natural sugar....

I would suggest jogging or swimming as both work out every muscle in the body. Wearing shoes with enough support will reduce the stress on your knees, though. If you choose to swim, you should be careful about your cravings. As the water is cold, your body decides that it wants an extra layer of fat to keep warm, so you may begin to crave chocolate, etc. Yoga is great for building lean muscle, which means that you won't get bulky, but will still be doing a workout. There are so many things to do. Try joining a sport at school as this will keep you moving (building lean muscle on your thighs and legs).
