I have tried several things, i have soaked it in Hotwater, i have massaged it, i have stretched it, i have taken muscle relaxants, i have iced it, i have been applying a heating pad to it, nothing is stopping these pain full things.
And suggestions?I have had over 7 charlie horses in the past 3 days in my calf muscle. Any advice to rid this pain full thing?
these are caused by acid build up in the muscles that cause
the soreness and the muscles spasms because of the acids.
Hydration throughout the body is very important for thats how the body filters out the acids from the muscles thus the soreness after a workout the muscle make acids from burning the sugars available

use a vitamin D and high B complex and eat some bananas for they have a reversing affect to the built up toxins in your muscles and the Vitamin D will allow your cells to absorb and metabolise the acids
also a light long walk will help air out and clear the acids and thus
stop the leg cramps some atheletes find a jacuzzi spa treatment helps
allot of these problems either install one in the house for about 5 to 8 grand or join a gym or health club that provides a dry hot sauna and the jacuzzi spa treatment baths so you can work out the acids and stop the leg cramps which can be shockingly painful.

eating the high vitamin veggies along with the meat. like having a hamburger no lettuce onion or tomatoe. not cool for the reason these were ingredients on most burgers is to offset the salt and acids

vitamin K and maganese are in high amounts in seeds and nuts
so its bad to eat peanuts and seeds in large amounts and be dehydrated. dehydration causes more deaths and problems than any
most other problems ones diet can cause.
Eat five to six fruits a day and veggies all day for the fiber and
the enzymes they contain raw they hold the most nutritive benifit
raw as much as possible. or lightly cooked as fresh as possible for the highest vitamin content as they enter the stomach. drinking eight or no less than six glasses of water a day not counting coffee or teas
or half the juices you drink. you need six glasses to replace just the water amounts yoour breath releases out of the body a day specially
if your near or in a desert area or a dry above 6500 feet climate.
also high mountain airs can be dryer than sea level marsh land.
massage and stretching is a good way to work out the built up acids but not a cure for as you work more you make more and more.
the acids cause the muscles to contract and spasm. painful.
take a multivitamin and take a oatmeal and apples day to draw out the toxins and to repair the damage this acids is doing in your legs back and arms which can be disabling. the body will in three days of drinking water and eating of oatmeal and berries like blueberries
and drink in some vitamin d milk and vitamin rich high fiber multigrain bread to rid your body of the acids urea and uric that have caused your
potassium and magnesium deficientcy.
bananas are high in potassium and seeds are full chock full of magnesium. so are peanuts. but not allot of peanuts are indigestable for the most part for most people. some have alergies to peanuts research have found. they tend to cause major headaches.I have had over 7 charlie horses in the past 3 days in my calf muscle. There are things that can be done to do away with them for good.

of pottassium, so you could go and buy a supplement at a vitamin
and supplement store like GNC or even your drug store. Also,
you can receive potassium by eating bananas. Other foods that
will give you potassium are dark green vegetables and dark lettuces.
I hope this has helped you. When I was pregnant I would wake
up at night with these awful cramps so I kept bananas in my
night stand. To this day if you open that drawer you smell
bananas.

I'd hit the person back. You probably have a deep tissue bruise, in which case taking pain relievers won't do anything. The pain doesn't come from the nerves that feel things like soft or warm, it comes from the nerves that tell your muscle how to move. Its a different network, so you're pretty much out of luck.
