Getting ready for prom and needing advice?

I am currently helping my oldest get ready for prom. Since I never went to one, Im feeling like I might be leaving something out of the preparation here. Like I know she needs tickets, dress, shoes, accesories, they have the limo lined up. Im wondering, is it tradition for her to buy her date a guy version of a corsage for the tux? How much and when does she tip the limo driver? What am i not even thinking of in the way of etiquette and tradition and practical matters here? Thanks for any advice.Getting ready for prom and needing advice?
What a whole load of CRAP! What about those who can't even afford a dress? No one cares about those people.

The prom is a fake popularity contest where only the richest people feel good about themselves because they could afford designer clothes.Getting ready for prom and needing advice?
She could get him a boutonniçŒĞre. This is a single flower, such as a mini-carnation or a small rose bud, with a little bit of greenery and floral tape, to be pinned into a button hole on his lapel.
