I want to buy an HDTV Set as a computer monitor, any suggestions or advice?

I'm almost set on the Sharp Aquos 42 inch since it's 1080P and all Sharp Aquos of all sizes have a quick response time (6ms to 4ms) anyone use the tv above as a monitor? What is your experience?I want to buy an HDTV Set as a computer monitor, any suggestions or advice?
I've seen similar setups in high-end systems. What's the price of the Auqos? I've heard the 42'; 1080p Westinghouse is recommended based on bang for the buck (value).

You'll also need a VGA (video graphics adapter) that support 1920x1080 resolution. Some newer onboard graphics support that resolution. Even cheap ($50) graphics cards will. If you want to actually play games at that resolution you'll need a top of the line Nvidia 8800gtx:

If I had the cash I would go with a 1080p display or save some money and grab two 22'; LCDs and use a dual output graphics to drive them card.I want to buy an HDTV Set as a computer monitor, any suggestions or advice?
A monitor that big will show things fuzzy since a computers video card doesnt put out HD or HDMI.

You would be better off with a couple 22'; monitors side by side...
